The patient came to our clinic with a case of complete edentulism. For many years, he had struggled with an unstable upper denture. We performed an implant procedure using specialized zygomatic implants with the All-on-4® method. To restore both bite function and aesthetics, we created a screw-retained zirconia bridge fixed permanently on the previously placed implants. Thanks to the All-on-4® technique, the patient regained full comfort, stability, and a naturally aesthetic smile.
