The patient came to our clinic to begin orthodontic treatment. During the clinical examination, bruxism was also diagnosed. Treatment included correcting the bite with Invisalign aligners, along with deprogramming and bite reconstruction, which eliminated painful symptoms. The final stage was improving the shape and unifying the color of the teeth with bonding on both the upper and lower arches. The entire treatment took only 5 months.
